As a GEO5 Commercial Consultant, my role is to drive the success of GEO5 software by Fine Software in a competitive market. I combine my technical expertise in geotechnical engineering with a strong focus on sales, customer support, and tailored consulting to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet and exceed client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • I lead the promotion and sales of GEO5 geotechnical software, focusing on both acquiring new users and expanding within our existing client base.
  • I strategically qualify and close inbound opportunities, particularly those based on transactional and usage-based sales.
  • I develop and implement targeted sales campaigns, hosting engaging and results-driven live sessions to showcase the value of GEO5.

2. Strategic Business Planning:

  • I create and execute business plans that identify and pursue new business opportunities, consistently aiming to exceed sales quotas in my designated territory.
  • I build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Level executives, VPs, and Directors, using a combination of direct sales techniques and virtual meetings.

3. Sales Pipeline Management:

  • I develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, forecasting revenue with precision by following a structured sales process and effectively managing all opportunities in CRM.

4. Value Proposition and Technical Consulting:

  • I actively promote GEO5’s value proposition to designers, engineers, contractors, and project owners, providing them with customized technical solutions that align with and enhance their business objectives.
  • I offer customized, professional training sessions, ensuring clients fully understand and can effectively utilize GEO5 software to meet their unique needs.
  • I provide expert consulting services, helping clients solve complex geotechnical challenges with the support of GEO5 solutions.

5. Customer Support:

  • I ensure that every client receives exceptional customer support, addressing their concerns promptly and offering solutions that maximize their satisfaction with GEO5 software.
  • I stay ahead of industry trends, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of GEO5 solutions, commercial offerings, and support policies, ensuring I can offer the best advice and service to my clients.
